This project was a self-initiated idea I developed at work. Since the plaza is constantly welcoming new tenants—and existing tenants are often curious about how we support their marketing efforts—I created a comprehensive booklet that clearly outlines our strategies. The guide showcases our marketing opportunities, provides visuals, explains what we need from tenants, and highlights the value of their investment. Beyond being a practical resource, the booklet also established a stronger, unified brand identity for the plaza.
